I take great care and pride in everything I create and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please take a moment to review policies below. Returns
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your online purchase or if you decide something isn’t quite as expected, I am more than happy to accept returns. If this should be the case, you can return the item(s) for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the order, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn.
Refunds do not apply to the earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons.
Return Procedure
Notify md@magdalenadykes.com of your intent to exchange or return for efficient processing. Returns are typically done by mail. Please follow the outlined procedure.
- Products must be returned in a fully 're-saleable' condition, specifically unworn and unaltered, with the original box and packaging.
- Should the item be returned in a condition other than its original, the responsibility for any decrease in value falls on the buyer.
- When returning items it is advised that the proof of posting is obtained. Special Delivery or Tracked Royal Mail services are also recommended for insurance purposes as I cannot be responsible for any returned items until they reach me.
- Any harm or loss to the items, including during transit, is not the responsibility of the seller. In such situations proof of postage is necessary for the customer to make a claim with Royal Mail or any other courier used.
Please be aware that any postage or courier fees incurred for returning unwanted items will not be refunded. As soon as the returned items are received a refund will be issued.
Processing and Shipping
Currently I offer UK shipping only.
The usual processing time for an order is 1-3 working days.
In the event of a potential delay in processing time, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
All orders will be delivered through standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 and International Tracked). Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.
Delivery times can vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we cannot ensure exact dates once items are posted. Please be aware that based on Royal Mail policy, delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
